The website you are currently viewing has been constructed from scratch in April of 2006. It is, as I, the webmaster, and dH, the artist see it, a complete and fully functional site. However, as all websites are only tested on a finite number of systems and browsers before they are launched, it is not definite that the full experience of the website will be viewable by all. Having been said, this website was constructed in Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 and tested at various resolutions--ranging from 800x600 up to 1600x1200--all on Windows XP in Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview and primarily Mozilla Firefox. The suggested resolution for the site is 1024x768; the suggested browsers are either Internet Explorer 6 or greater and Firefox 1.5.0.2. Links to download them are here and here, respectively.

As the webmaster, my goal was to create a website which did not cause problems for the average "not-so-savvy" computer user. Having been said, I did not take into consideration any browsers other then IE and Firefox. Most of the HTML itself is simple, with universal application across most browsers. However, the primary effect on the website, titled "Lightbox," could cause issues for users not viewing the site with either IE5, FF1 or Opera 7 (or greater). I chose Lightbox because it is quick and easy to install, as well as being unobtrusive for the viewer, who is not bombarded with pop-up windows. Also, this eliminates the chance for pop-up blockers to interfere with the viewing of the site. This technology, however, does employ JS, and so please allow this site, if necessary, in order to view the images in this very intuitive manner. For more information, visit DynamicDrive.com, and thank you to Lokesh Dhakar for making the Lightbox script. Also, thanks to this page, which has assisted me in allowing IE users to view the "tooltips" which assist you with unknown abbrieviations, like HTML and CSS and JS, etc. Additionally, if you notice at the bottom of both the home page and this page, all our pages have passed validation and are officially certified for XHTML and CSS from the W3C.

I cannot in any way verify the visual appearance of the site in Opera or any other leading browsers, however, so if you see something that doesn't look right or doesn't perform as it should for you, please contact me so I can straighten this out as best I can as quickly as possible. If the demand is strong enough, I will surely talk to the true Web Designer, Dale Hackerman, about my creating multiple versions of the website for varying resolutions, operating systems and browsers. I feel as though this is a thoroughly adequate start and hope you do as well. Again, if you notice any errors, typographically, visually or in any other way, please contact me ASAP and I will work quickly to rectify the solution.
